Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., and we process customer orders manually through WhatsApp for customized products. You are responsible for ensuring your information is correct and complete when placing an order.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE & WHATSAPP ORDER TERMS

By using our site or placing an order via WhatsApp, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have received parental consent.

  • All customization details (e.g., baby name, design instructions) submitted are accurate.

  • You may not use our products or services for illegal purposes or violate any applicable laws.

  • Any abuse of our platform or team may result in cancellation of your order and blacklisting.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service or communication to anyone at any time for any reason, including misuse of the WhatsApp ordering process.
We may communicate with you over WhatsApp for confirmations, clarifications, or design approvals. By placing an order, you consent to such communication.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION AND DISPLAY

  • All rompers are made-to-order. Once a design is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • We aim to display product images accurately, but screen colors may vary.

  • Sizes are standard but may differ slightly in fit—please review the size chart before ordering.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Prices are in PKR and subject to change without notice.

  • Delivery charges, discounts, and bundle deals are displayed during checkout or confirmed over WhatsApp.

  • We may modify or discontinue certain products or bundles at our sole discretion.

SECTION 5 - BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and complete order and contact details (e.g., phone number, name, delivery address).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, especially if we suspect fraud, reselling, or incomplete information.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Just Babies will not be liable for delays in delivery, customer errors in personalization, or indirect damages.
Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
