📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

🛠️ Processing Time

  • Design & Printing Time: Since each item is made to order with your baby’s name or custom design, we take 2 working days to prepare your order.

  • WhatsApp Orders: If you place your order via WhatsApp, please note it will take 1 extra working day, as our team manually confirms and processes these orders.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship all orders via trusted courier services offering Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 3–5 working days. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier limitations, especially during high-volume periods or in remote areas.

📍 Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

⚠️ Note

  • Please make sure your phone is reachable. Our courier partner may call to confirm delivery.

  • Delays from courier services are unfortunately beyond our control, but we’re here to help if your order is stuck—just message us on WhatsApp with your tracking number.
